We have updated our cancellation policy and now if less than 24 hours notice is given or an appointment is missed we have no choice but to charge 50% of the treatment cost, you will be unable to book back in with us until this is paid! 

We are a small team of self employed therapists and don’t get paid for no shows!

Please just let us know if you can't make it within adequate time!
